Can I track my order? Absolutely. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your new pots and pans right to your kitchen.
Product & Maintenance
Is Soltriva cookware compatible with induction stovetops? Most of our latest collections are induction-ready! Please check the "Specifications" section on each product page for compatibility details (Induction, Gas, Electric, or Ceramic).
Is the non-stick coating safe? Yes! We use advanced ceramic or reinforced coatings that are 100% PFOA, PTFE, and Lead-free. You can cook at high temperatures without worrying about harmful fumes.
How do I care for my Soltriva pans? To extend the life of your cookware, we recommend hand washing with a soft sponge and mild detergent. While many of our products are dishwasher safe, hand washing is the best way to maintain the non-stick surface and exterior luster.
Returns & Satisfaction
What is your return policy? We want you to love every meal you make. We accept returns on unused, unwashed items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
